Welcome and Thanks for your interest in crescentfootwear.com. Before assessing the terms & conditions please note that terms & conditions might change anytime. Therefore, please check the terms & condition every time you place an order.

Order Policy:

  • Order is possible for available items only
  • Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments
  • Both the Home Delivery and Click & Pick orders will be processed after the confirmation from our Customer Care representative
  • Please contact our Customer Care for any kind of order related issues

Pricing policy:

  • All our product prices are inclusive of VAT & TAX
  • Price of a product might vary in Apex physical store & website due to periodic promotional offers
  • Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, Apex has the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

  • Inside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka delivery: Deliver within 5 business days
  • Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 80 Taka
  • Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 110 taka
  • Customer can avail FREE DELIVERY at his/her intended address for a purchase of or more than BDT 2000

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  •        Customer can return/exchange the received product in unused condition within 7 days
  •        All SALE and promotional-priced items and any items that are sold below the MRP are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  •        For any return/exchange, customer needs to inform Apex Customer Care by calling:0961722344 or email at:[email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
  •        Customer can order the same product in different size/color or a different product of the same value in return/exchange
  •        Customer can exchange any ordered product for 1 time only
  •        Products ordered through online, cannot be returned/exchanged at physical stores
  •        Once the product is sold, refund is not possible and customer will be issued a voucher that can be used in apex4u.com only. The voucher is valid for one year of generation
  •        Return Voucher will be generated once customer returns the product

Color Inconsistency:

We have tried our best to portray the accurate color of the products on website. However, still customers might experience color inaccuracy due to monitor discrepancies.

Information Inconsistency Disclaimers:

The website might display inaccurate information regarding product price, availability, pictures, size & color at times due to technical malfunctions. Apex reserves the authority to correct & update those information from time to time.
